Returns Policy

At Wholesale Tools, we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please review our returns policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return any unused items within 7 days of the original delivery date for a full refund. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, as received, and packaged securely. We recommend retaining the original packaging and ensuring it is properly resealed for the return.

Return Process and Costs:

The customer is responsible for arranging the return and covering any associated return costs unless the item is significantly different from its description or is found to be faulty. In such cases, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return at our expense.

Condition of Returned Items:

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be unused, in new condition, and free from any damage or dirt. If goods are returned in a used, dirty, or damaged condition, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund.

Refund Process:

We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, whether that is a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account. Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original delivery costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including orders shipped outside of the Ireland, clearance items, and special or custom orders. We kindly ask that you review these terms before placing your order.
